Beauty Land values client satisfaction and strives to provide professional beauty, wellness, and educational services.

1. Appointment Services

Payments for completed services are generally non-refundable.

If you have concerns regarding a service, please contact us within 7 days so we may review the matter.

2. Deposits

Certain services may require deposits to secure appointments.

Deposits may be:

• non-refundable,

• transferable,

• or credited toward future services,

depending on the service type and cancellation timing.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

Clients are encouraged to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in:

• cancellation fees,

• loss of deposit,

• or future booking restrictions.

4. Courses & Workshops

Educational courses, workshops, and training programs may have separate cancellation terms.

Refunds for courses may be available only before the course start date.

Once educational materials, digital access, or training sessions have been provided, refunds may be limited or unavailable.

5. Product Purchases

Unused and unopened retail products may be eligible for exchange or store credit within [7–14] days of purchase.

Opened or used products are generally non-refundable for hygiene and safety reasons.

6. Promotional Services

Discounted, promotional, or special event services may be final sale and non-refundable.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
