Beauty Land values client satisfaction and is committed to providing professional beauty, wellness, and educational services. This Refund Policy explains our policies regarding appointments, deposits, cancellations, courses, products, promotional services, and refunds.

1. Appointment Services

Payments for completed services are generally non-refundable.

If you have any concerns regarding a service you received, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment so that we may review the matter and determine an appropriate resolution.

Refunds, credits, or complimentary follow-up services, when applicable, will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

2. Deposits

Certain services may require a deposit to secure an appointment.

Deposit terms vary by service and will be disclosed at the time of booking. Depending on the service and cancellation timing, deposits may be:

• Non-refundable

• Transferable to another appointment

• Applied as credit toward a future service

Any applicable deposit terms will be communicated before or at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in:

• A cancellation fee

• Loss of the applicable deposit

• Restrictions or deposit requirements for future bookings

We understand that unexpected circumstances may occur and will review exceptional situations on a case-by-case basis.

4. Courses & Workshops

Educational courses, workshops, and training programs may be subject to separate cancellation and refund terms.

Course refunds may be available only before the scheduled course start date and are subject to the specific terms provided at the time of registration.

Once educational materials, digital content, course access, or training sessions have been provided, refunds may be limited or unavailable.

5. Product Purchases

Unused and unopened retail products may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase, provided the products are returned in their original condition and packaging.

Opened or used products are generally non-refundable or non-exchangeable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Defective or damaged products will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Promotional Services

Discounted, promotional, package, or special-event services may be subject to different terms and may be final and non-refundable.

Any special conditions applicable to a promotion or package will be disclosed at the time of purchase or booking.
