Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrival may reduce the available service time, require rescheduling, or result in cancellation if there is insufficient time to safely and properly provide the scheduled service.

Beauty Land may reschedule or cancel an appointment when reasonably necessary due to staffing, equipment, safety, operational, or other circumstances.

3. Payments & Deposits

Certain services, packages, consultations, courses, workshops, or other offerings may require advance payment or a deposit.

By submitting payment, you authorize Beauty Land and its payment service providers to process the applicable transaction.

Prices, promotions, packages, and service availability may change from time to time. Any applicable pricing will be disclosed before purchase or booking.

Deposit terms may vary depending on the service and will be disclosed at the time of booking.

Refunds, cancellations, deposits, exchanges, and credits are also subject to our Refund Policy.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

Clients should provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.

Late cancellations, missed appointments, or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee, loss of an applicable deposit, or deposit requirements or other restrictions for future bookings.

We understand that unexpected circumstances may occur and may review exceptional situations on a case-by-case basis.

Specific services, packages, promotions, or events may be subject to additional cancellation terms disclosed at the time of booking or purchase.

5. Educational & Training Services

Beauty Land may offer educational courses, workshops, demonstrations, and training programs related to beauty, wellness, aesthetics, equipment, or professional development.
